Why do we do what we do?
‘Rooted in Tradition’
We love coffee.
Here is why?
Part of our daily life
Our ceremony typically involves roasting green coffee beans over an open flame, grinding them by hand, and then brewing the coffee in a traditional clay pot called a "jebena."
Throughout the process, we gather around we share stories with our friends, family and even strangers we've just met . It's like our way of saying, "Welcome, come join us, let's connect. Our coffee ceremonies - they're not just a thing we do; they're a piece of who we are.
So yeah, coffee isn't just about caffeine for us; it's about community, about bringing people together over a steaming cup of tradition.
